A flat desert island with red sand found on the inland parts of the island where the water only reaches during the rainy season every 3 years. The red sand is apparently a natural form of stable gunpowder, left over by a mix of the long-since-burned forest that used to be in the middle of the island, and the salt that dries after the island submerges. It is the island's primary export, in exchange for food, as no crops or livestock can really grow on the island.
Homes on the island are built on the beach on stilts exactly 17 and a half feet tall, as during the rainy season every 3 years, the tide rises over the entire island.
