The first island in the Scenic Route. It is populated entirely by a native species of cat resembling Siamese housecats that. Over the years they have covered the island in small cat-villages ruled by a democatically elected cat-emperor every couple years, and even frequently wear clothing and use weapons and armor. They maintain several miniature hot spring resorts across the island, and serve a variety of teas and foods.
They are still cats, however intelligent they might be, and speak only in meows.
